How to Become a 秋葵app PASSE Member

PASSE Enrollment

Being eligible for PASSE is separate from Medicaid eligibility group (MEG). PASSE includes individuals eligible under Title XXI. When the state decides a member is in need of behavioral health services or developmental disabilities services, that member will be assigned to a PASSE.

2. If you are assigned to a health plan other than 秋葵app PASSE, you can switch within 90 days by calling the PASSE Beneficiary Support line at 1-833-230-2005 (TDD/TTY: 711).

Switching to 秋葵app PASSE

If a member was assigned to another PASSE and want to switch to 秋葵app PASSE, they may switch within ninety (90) days of their assignment. Members will not be allowed to switch to a different PASSE more than once within a twelve (12) month period, unless the change occurs during the Open Enrollment Period, or there is cause for change, as shown in 42 CFR § 438.56.
