Through MyHealth, adults 18 and up have access to personalized health tools. Track exercise goals. Get small step that help you manage health and wellness topics specific to your needs. Some members may be eligible to earn rewards for completing healthy activities. To get started, simply log in to your  account.

MyStrength

Take charge of your mental health and try our wellness tool called myStrength. This is a safe and secure tool designed just for you. It offers personalized support to help improve your mood, mind, body and spirit. You can access it online or on your mobile device at no cost to you. myStrength offers online learning, empowering self-help tools, wellness resources and inspirational quotes and articles.

Easy Access to Care

Sometimes you need medical care, but you can’t see your primary care provider (PCP). Çï¿ûapp makes it easy to get care for common health needs. For information about all of the options available to you, see where to get care.

Çï¿ûapp24 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line

You can call Çï¿ûapp24® any time you have a question about your health. A caring registered nurse will answer your questions and can even help you decide what kind of care you need. Nurses are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The number is on your member ID card.

Convenience Care Clinics and Urgent Care Centers

Need care quick or after hours? The Çï¿ûapp network includes urgent care centers and convenience care clinics inside select drug and grocery stores to help you get care when and where you need it. These clinics often have evening and weekend hours and allow walk-ins. You can find these network providers through , our online search tool.

Care Support

Care and Disease Management Programs

You have full access to a continuum of services with a community-based, care coordination team to meet your personal needs. You also have access to disease management education to help you learn about certain ongoing health conditions.  

Over-the-Counter Items

Over-the-counter items for allergy relief, vitamins, Tylenol and more are free with a prescription. Get free pregnancy tests through a pharmacist.

Transportation

We’ll help you get where you need to go to take care of your health. If your appointment is 30 miles or more away from your home, Çï¿ûapp will help you with a ride. If you have Çï¿ûapp for both Medicare and Medicaid, we also cover up to 30 round-trips of less than 30 miles at no cost to you, including:

  • Doctor visits
  • Medical tests
  • Treatments
  • A pharmacy to get a prescription filled after a medical appointment
  • County redetermination

In addition to the transportation assistance that Çï¿ûapp MyCare Ohio provides, you can get help with transportation for certain services through the Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) program. Call your local for questions or assistance with NET services.
