New Çï¿ûapp and OneFifteen Collaboration Brings Franklin County Members an Innovative Addiction Treatment Program

COLUMBUS, Ohio (CARESOURCE) — Çï¿ûapp, a nationally recognized nonprofit health plan, announced today the launch of a collaboration with OneFifteen, a Dayton-based nonprofit treatment center for substance use disorders, to expand access to OneFifteen's Hybrid Care Program for Çï¿ûapp members in Franklin County. The OneFifteen Hybrid Care Program is now open for eligible Çï¿ûapp members to enroll.

OneFifteen’s interdisciplinary, evidence-based program is designed to address the complex needs of those with substance use disorders, drive member engagement and retention, and improve treatment outcomes. The program includes virtually delivered addiction care, a local care advocate team to address social drivers of health and a technology platform to deliver patient-centered care.

“We are confident the dedicated team at OneFifteen and their innovative services are uniquely suited to support our members living with addiction,” said Steve Ringel, president for the Ohio Market at Çï¿ûapp.

In a 2023 study published in Substance Use & Misuse, OneFifteen showed that patients who engaged with technology to access care were less likely to drop out of care compared to those who did not engage with technology.  Similar to the care highlighted in that study, OneFifteen's Hybrid Care Program is powered by a best-in-class technology platform. The platform integrates data and analytics into care, collecting multidimensional inputs from a patient's unique recovery journey to improve the quality of care, reduce time to the most effective course of treatment and advance the field of addiction care.

“The OneFifteen Hybrid Care Program is designed to make care more accessible and help drive positive outcomes by offering medications for addiction treatment and treatment of co-occurring mental health conditions, while also addressing the recovery environment,” said Natalie Lester, MD, Chief Medical Officer and Interim President of OneFifteen. “The combination of a virtual addiction medicine provider and a local care advocate allows the physician resource to have a larger geographic footprint and alleviates transportation as a barrier to care, while also keeping the recovery recommendations titrated to the participant’s specific community.”

About OneFifteen

OneFifteen is a non-profit health care ecosystem dedicated to the full and sustained recovery of people living with substance use disorder and the advancement of evidence-based behavioral health treatments for addiction.  Its name is derived from the 115 individuals who died daily from opioid overdoses in the United States in 2016, a number that unfortunately continues to rise. OneFifteen is on a quest to reverse this course. OneFifteen operates a tech-enabled learning health system that offers outpatient, residential and care advocacy services, all on one state-of-the-art campus in Dayton, Ohio. OneFifteen has served over 7,000 individuals on their Dayton campus since opening in late 2019. For more information, please visit .
