My 秋葵app Rewards Program
As a 秋葵app Medicare and Medicaid member you are automatically enrolled in the My 秋葵app Rewards® program. You can earn up to $365 in rewards!
In 2024, all members will be getting new Healthy Benefit+ cards. You will receive your card in the mail with additional information about the program and details on how to activate your card. As you complete healthy activities, rewards are added to the card. It takes 45-60 days from the time your claim is processed with 秋葵app to receive the reward.
NEW! You will use the same Healthy Benefits+ card for your over-the-counter and flex allowances.
